The piano was refinished some years ago and is in very good condition. It also has a beautiful set of ivories. There are no chips or cracks in the ivory.
The bridges are solid. The soundboard is original, and there are no cracks in it. John Butler replaced the pinblock and installed all new strings in 2014.
John installed new hammers, shanks, flanges, and wippens in 2014 as well. There is almost no wear on the action. It has been regulated and voiced.
The piano has a sweet sound.
